Return Policy

The customer may Return a PUNK TRIBU ARTSY FASHION STYLE BY EMLNO item if this product has a manufacturing defect. To formalize the return, the Customer must contact PUNK TRIBU ARTSY FASHION STYLE BY EMLNO at the contact address punktribu034@gmail.com indicating the product being returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects noted in it. Upon receipt of said Communication, PUNK TRIBU ARTSY FASHION STYLE BY EMLNO informs the customer, IF IT PROCEEDS to collect the defective Product, at no cost to the Client. Each returned Product must be unused and with all the original labels, packaging and, where applicable, documentation and accessories that came with it. If the Client does not proceed in this manner, PUNK TRIBU ARTSY FASHION STYLE BY EMLNO reserves the right to deny the return. Once the Product has been received and the existence of the defect or Factory Defect of the product has been verified, the Shipment of Another PRODUCT WITH identical characteristics will ALSO be processed at no cost to the user. In the event that, due to lack of stock, another PRODUCT WITH identical characteristics cannot be shipped, the amounts paid for the purchase of the returned Product will be refunded as soon as possible (14) following days.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
